This is totally unacceptable. It is about my UNBILLED AMOUNT of my office phone for the current month i.e. JULY (From 24th June to 24th July 08). I am checking my unbilled amount regularly by sending *121# (2) in my phone. I checked my unbilled amount on 17th July night at around 9.30 p.m. The bill amount in that showing was Rs.301.50 exactly. After 11.30 p.m. I checked my account again, surprisingly it was showing Rs.860.50.Then I gave a call to the AIRTEL customer care and lodged a complaint regarding this. Again my bill amount was the same till 19th July afternoon. When I checked my account again at 2.00p.m., Surprisingly It was showing Rs.914.50. And during this period I didn’t make any calls, not even office calls. I am sure that, there is something wrong happening in AIRTEL. Even though I didn’t make any calls from the office phone, I have to pay for it.
So, I request to give a look in to it as soon as possible, because i can't pay you like this for which i didn't make any calls.
