Egarding non attending of calls by airtel 121 and billing

I have been airtel with past 5 years but now a days i am facing problems for which whenever i am trying to contact airtel by calling 121 from airtel mobile. call centre executives are not attending the calls and out of 20 calls made by me not even a single call is attended. atlast in frustration i came to this platform to lodge my complaint. my mobile no is 919818854853 (post paid) and when going through the bill summary for the february month bill raise by airtel. i observed some discrepancies in the bill. in monthly charges they have charged double from me. my request to airtel peoples just do the needful instead of compelling me to look someother platform to address my grievance
