Unsubscribe mozook fun club service & reimbresment of charges

27/01/09- ihave registered in mozook fun club service for that i have charge RS. 10 .

28/01/09-on this day i have given complaint to Airtel custumercare which request ref no-0128238075, FOR UNSUBSCRBE THE SERVICE he says after 30/01/09 onwards ur service will terminate & today onwards no charge is taking from you.

30/01/09- onthis day again Rs 10 has deducted from account

31/01/09 - same way Rs 10 has deduct from my A/c again logged acomplaint to Airtel custemercare, requet ref no-0131229399, the custemercare officer has given reply that all the refund send to u and recived Rs 10 in my A/C on 01/02 but not recived refund for 01/02 & 02/02 (Rs 20 for two days)

02/02-today ihave recived sms ur service has been unsubscribed, but Rs 10 has been deducted from my A/C
