I feel very difficulties with airtel prepaid connection.my mobile number is 09971927378.Airtel deduct about Rs 130 from my mobile without any reason.when i try to call at customer care, i am informed that you have started cricket pack.but in actual i have not started any pack .when i call in january, the call was deducted saying that your balance will be refunded.but no balance is refunded.my complaint no is 404348307.this problem is from december.and when i call 121 on 4th april i was informed from miss Veena that your balance will be refunded after 48 hours.but when i was not refunded any balance than i call again after three days then Mr. Sardhik said that no balance can be refunded and cut down the call and if airtel company is honest please return my balance as soon as possible.
