My balance is being deducted from last two months for no reasons. I also got the message "Thanks for using Airtel WAP u have been charged 15/20 Rs." Its just irritating me. I called AIRTEL customer care but it was of no use. They just told me that they will refund the deducted balance but it never happened. I have been charged Rs 100 uptill now for no reasons. I am a student living away from home. It gets very hard for me to adjust my money. How could they do so???
