Airtel- post paid
Eminder for payment of bill- already paid

Dear all,

I am having post paid Airtel connection no- 9760007805.

The monthly bill for Sept, 08 of Rs- 314.62 has already been paid by me on 06.10.08 through online bkg and my bank account has been debited. The details of same has already been provided by fax/email and to local vendoe of Airtel. However despite many a call to the airtel customer care, daily call & msg. are being recd. for making the pmt. Their customer care personnels approach & attitde boh are pathetic. They simply disconnect the call. Atlest 50 request has been initiated by me and the last one request no is. 20412472 & 854830154. Please fwd the complaint to the concerned.
