Deactivation of ring tone clu

I have not suscribed any airtel service but i every month rs.20/-

i talked to airtel customer care executive but all in vain first they said ring tone has activated on your Mobile but now they are saying that airtel hello tune sevice and missed you service has been activated. please deactive all the value added servies from my account.
