We have booked air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi and back through ezeego.com. From Mumbai Indigo Flight GE 180 and Delhi return flight by spice jet S2 108 on 27th March.
We have received Air Booking Ref No. EZR - 2009183410/A
Payment reference no. 200903265277664
Amount of Rs. 10244/- was deducted from ICICI Credit Card No. 4477470115138001 at 2026 Hrs with Authentication No. 937261 from ICICI bank.
This transaction was successfully completed but we have not received any ticket for the same.
We have contacted ezzeego.com call center. They asked us to rebook the ticket and lodged request for failed transaction.
Kindly refund our amount of Rs.10244/- at your earliest.
