I had subscribed to Good house keeping magazine. Even though my subscription is over I have not received the free gift and each time I write to the company they send me a false assurance and have been gainign time as per emails attached.

I regret that India Today Group makes such false promises of "despatching a gift within 3/4 weeks" when the subscrition starts but do not bother to send the same even though my subscribtion is about to end.
I am a teacher and can only tell my students not to believe anything that your group writes because it seems you do not tell and probably do not report the truth.
I am sure any other group would have been shameful enough to atleast inform me. I have had to make several calls and even then it is impossible to get in touch with someone responsible in your group, i.e. if there is any such person. I was given the no. of Mr.
Anuj Srivastava 01204078043 but no one replies on that. I am sure no one will reply to this mail of mine too.
