India today bookclub Delhi, collected money by debit of my credit card Rs.2199 on 15.03.2010 towards

"Complete History of the World" along with roundup air tkt worth Rs.7000/- Classic watch worth Rs.2599

by Reebok 8 bestsellers worth Rs.2300 and the total amounting to Rs.14398/-

To my surprise neither I recd the book and other items even after Year & half, even after much correspondance thru email.

I donot know what to do. It is a reputed group of company and they are least bothered and taking there own sweattime.
