I had ordered an one year subscription of Discover India Magazine through Indiatimes shopping in May and beleive me I am still cursing that day.
For first 3 months I was told by Indiatimes shopping call center that I will surely get the magazine next week. But that week never came. When I esclated the issue the standard reply i started getting was that they are checking with the vendor.
After fighting with the call center numerous times they gave me a new esclations email id which at first did not even respond and then when it did after numerous follow-ups. The response I got was that my magazines were being delivered regularly. God only knows where!!
Now I started following up with Vendor TransAsia first to send my three lost magazines and now every month. These guys just dont have a good circulation network. The couriers (AFL) they use are not at all reliable
Finally I am one who is at the loosing end. I paid for the entire subscription and have to do regular follow-ups just to get what i paid for.
