Had placed an order of Children laptop on 11th may and the Order no is IN1105100274. Since then status is showing as "Ready to Ship" and i haven't received my product till now. I have raised 2 complaints (CNT14492740362613 and CNT14121731061441) sofar and none of them got answered. I have called so many time to their contact number 080-40617000 and no one is picking up the phone. This is the worst experience i had in recent times.
