I am residing in Neelankarai, Chennai and a DTDC courier (No: r05090190) has been despatched from Kottayam, Kerala on 23rd September. This courier which contains some important documents has not been received yet. Today it is 15the day after its despatch. Such a poor service is faced from DTDC courier Service at Chennai for the second time. In case of first consignment it was delivered after 23 days, in spite of making regular phone calls to the concerned persons. "DTDC COURIER SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED".
