Rakhi courier not reached even on 18th aug

Dear Sir

I couried a rakhi envelope on 11th aug from alaknanda branch of dtdc .even today on 18th aug we have not recieved courier in moradabad

Receptonist confrimed it will be delivered the next day on 12th aug

Please take a look into this matter as this is not acceptable under any circumstances
