Amazing to see so many complaints. I agree though and have been waiting 7 days for my installation. Everyday someone tells me a different story.

Im a developer in Mumbai so its an eye opener and will consider other brands, maybe Phillips now for residential projects as I dont want complaints from my clients. Dont promise things if you cant make them happen.
