Sir,

I Ordered from Bag it Today for 1 Navya Set for Rs.447 (Including Rs. 200 for Courier charges) which was debited from my HDFC Net Banking,

Order Date 10-04,

Billing ID 998788622,

Product name - Navya Set (1Quantity) with free gift of Reebok Watch,

the same thing is not yet delivered to me yet.

Whenever i try to call to its customer care they hold me for more than 10 to 15 minutes and at last i have to diconnect it.

Now what should i do for that,

Plz send me address of its office if you have (Mumbai Office) so i can go there and find some solution.
