My Slimline western type commode got discolored within a year. It was dirty inside from the time I purchased (New Patel Hardwares, Neredmet cross road). The dealer assured me it would be all right within a few days of use. Now the condition inside as well as outside deteriorated. I complained to customer care. Within a few days their rep came and inspected the commode and just vanished. It is almost 40 days. I have no communication recd as on date.
