I purchased 2 Nos. Godrej Matress from M/S Giriraj Furnitures, Krishnanagar, Agartal, West Tripura in March. But one of them found defective.By this short span of time, one Double Bed Godrej Matree has become compressed at one side. I informed the Matter of my concern to the Dealer. The Dealer assured me that the matter would be taken up with the Company. But no response. I entered a Complaint with the Dealer again. They asked me to give the Mobile No. But till this day nothing fruitful could be achieved. I want to get my Matress duly replaced from Godrej.
