Myself Supreet Singh Bhatia working as Branch Manager in HDFC bank, Asr

I am regular dealer of Hyundai co as i have never purchased car of any other company. But unfortunately this time I have decided to buy Maruti wagon-R (Duo) from Rishab Four Wheel, Amritsar.

From the very beginning I was not satisfied with the service provided as I purchased car on 5th June I never got feeling of buying new Car as the car delivered to me was full of dust and I was asked to come next day and everything was done on that day. The reason given for unsatisfactory service was delivery of No. Of cars on that day. Secondly another agency of Maruti in Amritsar offering me music system of JVC but I got music system of sony matrix which was not acceptable to me. But I still adjusted with that.

As I am employee of HDFC bank I was told of corporate discount to be given to me at that time by executive. According to them I will receive chq after 1 month from the date of delivery but when after 2 months I have not received any chq I talked to Mr Akhil owner of Rishab Four wheels, but he replied in very rude way that there is no chq pending and according to him I have not submitted any documents for availing that discount and it’s too late now for submission of documents. He also stated that we have given you car after bearing loss. But at the time of purchasing car no one in the agency asked me to submit any document and everyone was aware that I am from HDFC Bank as I was asked that I will receive chq after 1 month of delivery. But now they are making excuse that your corporate discount is already adjusted in bill.

I really felt very bad of wrong commitment given by the agency people and rude behaviour of Mr Akhil who used to deliver cars bearing losses. I request you to question agency people how and where they have adjusted my corporate discount.

Actually It was my mistake that I opted for Maruti product and I will not commit same in future. You are requested to solve my problem at your end so that I will not move one step ahead.
