This is my second email mentioning about the fraud commited by your telecaller and no action is still taken by your side after my complaints. And to add more troubles to me your company has processed the orders what i have canceled due to wrong commitement from your telecaller.
following is the details of my orders for travel package and airtickets.

I have canceled all the above given orders but after cancellation also they have been processed.
Having no fault of mine and trusted on your telecallers commitement i have to pay Rs. 15000 from my pocket and now your company is saying that i have to refuse the parcel sent to me and after 3-4 weeks they will refund my money.
If no action is taken soon by ur company and i have not refunded my money i will left with no other option then to go to consumer court because i have suffered a lot due to this false commitement and cheating made by your telecaller.
I will be sending its another copy to consumercomplaint.in after seeing no response from your side till date.

Following is all the details of my first email by which you can understand all the matter.
Dear Sir,
This is with the reference to the orders for the travel holiday package and Air Tickets booked after your telecaller called me. He told me that they are providing a holiday package along with 3 Air Tickets to and Fro for Rs. 2598/- which i can avail within a year.
I booked 3 orders with 3 Name and details are given below thru my credit card and paid Rs. 2598/- for each order.

I asked him to give me booking id and he said that it will be sent to my email "[email protected]". Still after 2 days of booking the order i did not received any order Id thru mail so i called up ur office and come to know that he committed me wrong by saying that there are 3 air tickets with package, in actual it was only 1 air ticket with each holiday package.
Also he called me up on next day i booked these order and said there is another diwali offer just launhed today where they were giving a DVD and a Wrist wach along with the same holiday pacakage and 3 travel tickets for Rs. 7598/-. I told him to cancel one of the previous order with name "Upinder Singh" and book this one as new. He told me that he has made a request to cancel the order with Upinder Singh name.
Today when i queried about the same, i was told that no order of mine has been canceled this means he has cheated me twice. So i request to cancel my order for DvD also worth Rs. 7598/- booked by name of Sumanjeet Kaur with telephone no. 9213742369 and want my money back as soon as possible. I made payments thru credit card. for 3 packages booked on 2nd septemeber i made thru sbi card. and for the dvd package i made payment thru my citibank card.

for the dvd order refernce your teleoperator was saying he has no data for this and will have it i a day or two so i don't have its booking and order id.
I was shocked to come to know that how a person can commit false and which can damage the reputation of your company.
Therefore i request to cancel my all orders as it is not what it was said to me.
I can give you the name of the person whom i have talked and had given me wrong information about the offer.
