I placed an order with Naaptol.com. The order number is 1176680. The order did not come as described and it was also not in a working condition. I sent the product back on Jan 25 to the Aramex warehouse as described by naaptol and it was received by naaptol on Jan 27.
I have contacted Naaptol on several occassions to speed up the delivery of the replacement product. Each time I get a false reply that we are working on it etc and the product will be shipped asap. Its now been a month and naaptol is still giving the same excuses. I also asked them to provide a refund if the product is not available/in stock and they said that since replacement procedure has begun, we cannot issue a refund. Naaptol's policy states that after product is received it will take 7-10 business days to process replacement. It's been much more time then 10 business days and still the replacement product has not come and they are not processing a refund either.
So now they have blocked my money and are also not issuing a replacement product. I please with the consumer complaints forum to intervene in the matter and help in urging naaptol to sent my replacement product or provide a refund at the earliest.
