Network problem has been iterated about 4 times till date and there has been no productive action or response from Airtel team. I have been facing this problem for more than 10 months and logged online complaint in June.
This week also person called and when I complained expectation was set that tech. person will contact within 4 hours and there was no response.
I have the following problems.
* Call Drops in certain areas, have to run to balcony if I get a call
* People calling complaint that I am not reachable. This is very bad as it sets wrong impressions
* Cuts at least twice in a single conversation and this increases my billing by double as I end up calling the person at least twice.
* I don't receive certain important calls from office and relatives
* I suspected it was phone problem and changed my mobile JUST for this reason.
Note: There is certainly no problem with my handset as I tend to receive and talk even in areas like my office closed-lift which 9 floors.
At this moment I am unhappy with the service and I would definitely discourage Airtel connection in my area. I am unable to recommend Airtel or this reason to people who seek my advice.
