Charging Customer for calling to Customer care

I have been a customer to airtel since 4 years, today when i called up the customer care i am informed that i will be charged Rs 0.5 / 3 minutes when i call to Customer Care and there is a new TRAI Regulation on this. This shows that a consumer do noit have right to get services also. He does not have right to complain to the service provider.

I request TRAI withdraw the regulation or change the name from "Customer Care" to "Provider Care" or "Customer Curse".

No other country in the world is following these types of economist policies.
