Phone dead and disturbance in line

Sir,

Iam B.thousif ahamed s/o .s.a.k. Basheer Ahamed. The landline phone 044-22275786 is on my fathers name. The reason why iam addressing this imformation to you because we are frustrated because of frequent line dead of our landline, it will not work once in a month, if it is working it has a disturbance in the line we cant hear and the person on the other side as well cant hear us.we are facing his probllem for more then 2 year we have made a complaint to A.E more than 100 time but still the same thing, so i request to do something about it as soon as possible.
