I'm a customer of Airtel since July from before some months, they are deducting balance from my Prepaid Account for no reason, when I called the customer care and told my problem, they told me to hold the call for 30 seconds, I waited for 1min, never mind, but after that they had disconnected my call. I thought some problem was there, when I called them again same procedure went.
After some days I called the customer care again, now, what a silly reason, they had told me that I have downloaded a Video from Airtel Live! I told them it needs a GPRS phone and I don't have GPRS phone at that time. But they were not listening to me.
Now I'm confused what should I do? I can't leave because I have given this number to many persons, and it will be loss in my business if I'll leave the number.
