3G Billing issue

I had activated 3G services in my mobile connection. While activating, no one has informed about the tariff rates and plan details for internet usage. While activating they said that normal plan in 2g is applicable for 3G too. But, they had activated my 2g plan and charged in normal 3G rates. For just 400 MB they have charged Rs.5700. when i launched the complaint in customer care, didn't got any response, then i launched in Nodal desk, their also no use. At last i wrote to appellate authority. That is worst than customer care. I never expected this type of annoyance from such a big organization. They are just concentrating in trapping new customers for their products by giving wrong commitments and also by ignoring the cost details. Once, they get customers, they are treating them like street dogs. While using the connection i faced many high un billed usage issues. so i called customer care and inquired three to five times. They itself accepted that due to 3g services this is happening and most of the customer's were suffered. So i informed them to disconnect the 3G services. But, they didn't done anything. Due to their laziness i received a bill for Rs.6800. Now, they are not at all replying for mails and my complaints. and also getting harsher replies from agents.
