Incorrect information

I spoke to the customer of Vodafone india. He told me to recharge worth R.s 299 and the Blackberry services will be activated . then i spoke to another customer care agent he told me it will be activated in 2 hours . i waited for 3 hours. The Services were not activated . i called them back he told me that there is no such plan. Heb told me to talk to ther customer care, he then transfered to customer care which put me on hold for more than 21 minutes . and then the call get disconnnected .when i checked out the the 299 recharge it is for world calling
