Ad service & no activation of postpaid numbe

I purchased new idea postpaid connection on 2 september.that is not activated till now, i have submitted all required documents.i contact to nearest ditributer from where i take this number name harshita enterprises, farrukh nagar gurgaon.they talk to their senior Rajneesh Lamba senior sale executive, mob. no. 9812014075 is not taking any action.they do nothing. An another senior Shushok gupta did nothing. please do somhing to activate my no.09812231123.and my running no.is 08059184190.

Do as soon as possible.
