At 29/1 i activate free 3g plan in 2 phone.the free plan has activated for 3 day. the conformation message i receive.but the plan has automatically renew within a minute and balance deduct from my account... i call customer care they agree for their mistake what i explained.he told me that he will talk with his senior .then solve problem. but seneor cant give me right answer. he does not register my complain.and cut the talk in between. he refuse to give refund.
so please help me . what can i do???
