Automatic Balance Deduct and No Refund

I have complaint regarding to Idia cellular regarding Automatics balance deduct from my mobile No. 9891103358. Rs.30 on 29 Nov`10 and Rs.30 on 21st Jan`11. (Total deduction 60/-)

But they refuged to register complain and refund my money.

Balance deducted regarding "Devotional Portal". But I have not got this offer, This offer has started automaticaly.

Kinldy look in to this matter and do the needfull.
