Weak Network and not working Intenret

Dear sir/Madam,

since i have already registered my complaint in airtel technical support cell (eg. 12118) about 11 days ago. i called them number of times. but my problem has not been resolved yet. but the strange thing is that now they are saying that your problem has been solved. so here i want to mentioned that i am not able to use the intenet facility and signal is still weak.

This is the poor customer services from Airtel which i am facing and suffering. you can check the record from 8th May. Please do the corrective action.
