I had paid a deposit of Rs.4000 for new wireless internet connection on 31/05. However whena service engineer visited my residence, he found that the signal was very weak for proper connectivity and he said that the refund will be made. Accordingly I applied for a refund. After a period of 45 days. I was told that the payment will be made after 45 days. However it never happened and after making several visits to their office I was paid Rs3500 only with balance Rs 500 to be paid afterwards. Then for next six months and my several visits to their office every time I was told that my residential address filled up by the staff was not proper hence the cheque sent through courier was undeliverable. Every time this staff promised that with in a week he will personally deliver it at my residence. This continued for several months and with good faith and to avoid problem I never complained but ultimately when I told one of their staff that I want to bring up this mater to the manager, he threatened me that my approach will land me up in a situation where I wouldn’t get any refund back. In true sense still they have not paid me my balance refund till as on today 05/04
