Locking of mobile number portability
I am a prepaid subscriber no. 9870280080 with Loop Mobile & have applied for MNP to shift to Vodafone but Loop has rejected the request saying that I have some dues pending on post paid which is not possible as I am prepaid subscriber. Inspite of explaining this to their representatives on their call center nos it has been not resolved and is pending since 22.08.2011. Please suggest a way out. My porting request number is LM 566343.
