Non credit of extra talk time commited

I am holding Loop Mobile phone No.9821344675. The company vide their SMS on 26.03.2010 as special offer talk time of Rs.375/- on recharge of Rs.333/- & stated that extra time will be credited within 36 hours. Offer was valid till 31.03.10. My No was recharge with Rs.333/- vide ID Transection No. 6333911008641450 on 27.03.2010 at 11.30.55 am. But till today extra talk time of Rs.42/- is not credited to my account
