I have submitted documents to LOOP mobile gallery on 10th February for portint in from AIRTEL. It is now 11 days and the process is still incomplete. I have recd an SMS from loop that my documents are verified and my line is active. Still, Airtel simcard is active. I visited LOOP gallery twice but to no avail. They always say wait for another 2 hours. Really a very bad first time experience.
The difficulty is that I do not have any balance in my airtel sim and I can not access LOOP sim.
I hope loop administration will take up the matter as soon as possible.
