My Loop mobile number 9821313016, i want to porting with IDIEA. All formality complete But Loop mobile sent message to Idia my card is post paid. but my card is prepaid. I confime with Koperhairne Gallary the tell me this card is prepaid. Loop mobile rejected application reson is my card is post paid and overdue bill.
And their record my name is worngly entre. All corrected document submitted when i replace my duplicate card.
Loop mobile company is no respones at all. Please take action at the earliest.
