Non activation of international roaming

Hi, I had applied for international roaming for my mobile 9821891974. The service provider M/s Loop Mobiles also confirmed the activation. However, after I landed in USA on 24th Apl, the activation is either withdrawn or stopped. I am unable to use the mobile, preventing me from pursuing my business and personal activities. I have already lodged a web complaint. The company's automated response is sent as if I am still in India and it was not relevant to my complaint. Could you take up the issue and resolve the matter?
