DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I Have bought sony xperia p cost me INR 24000 on 18th september. From that day I am facing problem in my phone and no one is able to resolve it. Sony Centre took my phone and returned me after 11 days without any solution. They are not providing me with their senior's number. Everyday i went there and response is always negative..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... Please HELP Me... Waiting for favorable response. Thank You
