Do not treat customers properly!

I am (was) an airtel Suscriber since Gujarat, Bangalore respectively. I was so impressed by the service of Gujarat and Bangalore. therefore, when i started job in Hyderabad with my present company, I intended to take Airtel connection. I am very sorry to say that service in Hyderabad is below average, i mean very BAD.

My connection has been disconnected without prior notice . when enquired, they stated that due to lack of relevant proofs, house address. I had submitted all relevant document to the Airtel official who came to our office and initiated for the connection.

After disconnecting the line, I have contacted the Airtel official several times, even I have personally handed over my residence proof (House Agreement) to the Account Manager. He assured me reactivation of the connection, till date it s not been activated, apart from that the so called officials are not attending my call too. till date no action has been taken from their side.

This made so much inconvenience in fact big trouble to me; Officially and personally. Therefore I am forced to disconnect Airtel connection and go for some other connection.

Please do not negelct any customer like this! You do not treat customers properly!
