I wanted to deactivate my pre paid number at the earliest and when i contacted the customercare they asked stuff like when i did my last recharge, of how much amount, whether by card or easy recharge. i mean, what the heck... i'm the owner but i can't deactivate it at my convenience. How am I to recall when there is an urgency. Please change your stupid policy, instead take the identity proof of the person and cancel the service. that would be a convenient option for a customer like me... you are at our service not us.
