Respected Sir,

With humble request I Chetan Agarwal. Residing at plot No:38. Jagamba Colony. Dher Ka Balaji, Jaipur, Rajasthan Hold the Airtel services Prepaid No: 9166900520. I am not satisfied with the services of yours.(AIRTEL) Few days ago due to technical problem of yours my SIM was blocked. When I made the complain of this at Airtel Customer Care they said due to technical fault my SIM has been damaged. And I have to buy a new SIM of this Number. According to Customer Care I have purchased a new SIM from your respective head office of Rajasthan (Jaipur) Ganpati Plaza on 13th of December by paying of Rs 25/- as SIM Charge. Though I was not supposed to pay the SIM cost. And the Executive of yours said to me that it would be start from 14th Dec. But today 16th Dec. Yet my services not started and due to this I am getting disturbed in my business. As you know that today’s mobile is very necessary in every step of our life. Beside this Now I have started the services of SBI cash deposit through Oxigen. In which my Mobile Number has already been circulated. My customer are getting annoyed due to disconnection of my mobile services.

So sir, please look over this matter.
