I am using airtel no 9994080709 for the last 4 yrs. Now i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from airtel to BSNL.
I went to Bsnl office and i submit my id proof and porting number.
But i receive a message from BSNL (1901) that (G) Your Port In Request for Mobile number 9994080709 has been rejected by your service provider due to legal reasons-BSNL. I called to Airtel customer care they said that sent the sms to 1900 for report number request. I did it and got report number and submit to BSNL office. But now i get the same message. I retry to Airtel customer care, they did not give proper answer. they are simply delaying my complaint saying so many lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here Airtel is denying that right for me.
I contacted my Airtel customer care about this issue no one has responding. Please. Help me what can i do sir?
