Network Service Not Support

Dear Customer Care,

I'm using Airtel prepaid sim, I'm not able to receive any incoming calls, i called to customer care they are not responding well, Incoming voice barring is activated for my sim, i tried to deactivate it from my handset but i'm getting message like Network Service Not Support. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.
