Activation of services 9811114352

I am mohammad shahzad having a no 9811114352, i have changed services from vodafone to airtel, a month ago, the portibility is done quite well but unfortunately since 10 days my no.is working, i got the reason from airtel customer executive that need a verification and need a documents again. ihav submit the documents 3 times from where i have done portibility, and in airtel office they are not taking my documents.my no.is 12 years old i cannot changed it at any cost .now my no.is terminated and airtel officers not ready to activate my no.kindly see my matter as i am very anooyed from airtel staff, they r not solving my problem, its been 10 days now.
