Mismatch in id proof

I got a new airtel sim a month back from a shop and got it activated instantly... i got it activated in my father's name (id proof)... but after fifteen days i received a call from the airtel side for verification... i said the name and the address to whom its registered to... but the executive said there is a mismatch in the name and the address... i.e its registered in someothers name...

now the issue is where my proof went... is there any possibility of misusing it... and i need to remove my father's details from that number to whom its registered to... so i need some help... reply via mail itself... and about this issue i called 121 many times and no proper response from there side... even i booked a complaint... even though no response and actions taken... so plz do help me...

the main thing is i wanted to remove my father's proof from the other number...
