actually i am using air tell postpaid 9600009270 bill connection in cug plan, actually i have requested for 2gb gprs connection i.e 98 rs plan /mnth if i excedd my credit limit they customer support excutive told that from air tell u will get call and instructions within few days my airtel gprs connection deactivated i contacted customer care and asked them they told that i have used 3g connections excessly so that it has deactivated then i told them that i have not requested for 3g they said its their fault it will detected in bill upto six times i got this confirmation but i have recived my bill as 10300 Rs in indian, so i contacted the ccare and said no way to reduce it then i told the above statment also they were asking sorry for it and advice to pay for than i asked to deactivate my connection but they r not doing it, i told that i will pay the call cahrges but also they are deactivating my line and raising bill for all the month
