Highly disappointed and dissatisfied from airtel services

Dear Sir / Madam

I feel highly dissatisfied & disappointed by the Airtel services that despite of paying 14000/- bill all the mobile no.s of Soodsons Industries were barred because the executive did not post the payment in the system in time.

Then after calling customer care again n again the services of 4 no.s were restored.

But all the more annoying is that on mobile no. 9779700367 & 9779500367 outgoings are still barred since 15 days.

From mobile no.s 9815700367 & 9779500367, I have called 121 customer-care more that 25 times, Visited local Airtel office 5 times & met executives 7 times and called them personally more that 30 times. Also mailed 121 more than 15 times But I feel so disappointed that no one is giving me any solution and now local executives don't even take my call.

The 121 executives says that system shows that both the no.s are working but i actual they are not. I received a call from 121 saying that i should buy new Sim's for both the no.'s, even i replaced the Sim's but still the outgoings did not start. Also local airtel office executives says that the no.s need to be suspended and reactivated again only then the outgoings will be restored.

Customer care always promises to restore services with in 24 hrs but those were all false commitments. Rather to my surprise after every complaint i receive an sms that query has been resolved which hasent been.

In addition to it every time i mail the 121 there is a new executive replying every time without reading the earlier mails and without knowing the history, resulting in no solution.

Its been two days i have been trying calling appellate desk and nodal office but no one is able to reply as they say that the systems are getting upgraded.

I have no idea what these executives are up to. Either they don't have any knowledge or they are not concerned.

I am shocked that how come Airtel can be so much irresponsible towards its customers.

It appears that Airtel neither wants to retain its old customers nor want the new ones.

I think we have made a mistake choosing Airtel.

You have any idea if any Companies no.s are not working then how much business suffers. Whose gonna bear the loss.

I think Airtel just knows how to take bills and grab money from customers pocket but Customer Satisfaction aint its priority.

I am incurring heavy losses due to the poor service of Airtel. Who will bear the loss.

If a customer is facing so much problems, does airtel has no duty towards its customer. Where is that promises, commitments and professional ethics gone which Airtel claims to deliver.
