My mobile number is 9867620014 and i have received a bill of more than rs 8000, i used airtel 3g services for a week and this charge is for exceeding my limit. but what i am saying is the moment i received an sms that i have used my limit of 250 mb i called airtel and stopped 3G, i have complained so many times most of the time i was assured but customer care that this is unbilled usage and when i receive my bill i wont be charged now i have received my bill and it states i have to pay 8800 and out of which rs 8000 is for 3g service... this is unacceptable, for no fault of mine i have been charged this amout... i have followed the rules and cancelled 3G the moment i received and sms from airtel... I am not going to pay this amount and am ready to go to even court to settle this matter.
Customer care always say that they will get back but no one gets back. Please please help me
