I am not getting my postpaid bill for my mobile from last 3 months and nor even ebill, in spite of that I am making all payments regularly through mchek, this is a very bad service I am getting from Airtel Services.
Also on call to 121 their call centre number we are not getting any services and our calls are getting disconnecting without any information, they are making us in a hold for a very long time for wastage of our call charges and to avoid our call too, if this is the services Airtel provides then why 121 is meant for.
I think the best solution for Airtel services is to change the service provider since they are not capable of providing good services.
