IT HAS BEEN SINCE LAST TWELVE DAYS AS SOON AS THE MSEDC POWER FAILS SIMULTANIOUSLY HATHWAY CONNECTIVITY ALSO FAILS HAMPERING MY BUSINESS TO A LARGE EXTENT. THE CALL CENTRE SEEMS TO BE HELPLESS IN HELPING TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.BEING TOLD THAT THE ENGINEERS ARE WORKING ON RECTIFICATION WORK.THE DOMBIVLI OFFICE DOES NOT RESPOND.WHENEVER CONTACTED WE ARE ASKED TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE.HOW COME THAT SUCH A BIG ORGANISATION SEEMS TO BE SO SLOW IN GETTING TO THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM.BEING A RAILWAY TRAVEL AGENT THE MORNING TIME IS VERY CRITICAL AND ANY SUCH HITCH IN CONNECTIVITY JUST PUTS ME INTO BUSINESS LOSS. THE FAITH I HAD IN HATHWAY IS GIVING WAY. HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM AND SEE THAT THE FAITH I HAVE IN HATHWAY IS MAINTAINED.
